0. The service

The WHALESASIAN service and the website at whalesasian.com are operated under the brand WHALESASIAN (also doing business as American Whales). References to “WHALESASIAN”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to the operator of this brand.

1. What we sell

WHALESASIAN sells access to a digital subscription service delivered through Telegram. The service includes structured trade ideas (entries, targets, stop-loss), educational market context, and risk-management notes. Plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site, in our Telegram bot, or in any of our channels constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. No guaranteed profits

We do not guarantee profits, win-rate, or any specific trading result. Past performance of any strategy or trade idea does not guarantee future results. You may lose all of the capital you commit to a trade.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, including position sizing, leverage selection, exchange selection, risk settings, and execution. You decide whether to act on any idea published by WHALESASIAN, and you accept full responsibility for the outcome.

5. Risk of crypto and leveraged trading

Cryptocurrency and leveraged derivatives trading involve substantial risk and are not suitable for every investor. Prices can move rapidly against you, and leveraged positions can be liquidated, resulting in the loss of your entire margin.

6. Compliance with local law

You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, tax requirements, and exchange terms applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions restrict access to crypto derivatives or specific exchanges. Use of WHALESASIAN does not override those restrictions.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

Share, resell, mirror, or republish private channel content outside the channel.
Allow others to use your access credentials, invite link, or Telegram account.
Use the service to defraud, harass, or harm others.
Attempt to compromise our infrastructure, bot, or payment systems.

We may remove or suspend access without refund for abuse, sharing of private content, fraud, or chargebacks filed without prior contact.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards) or accepted in cryptocurrency. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify the service, plan structure, or these terms over time. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be announced via the Telegram bot.
